Recent changes in statutory and case law are provided for you in a new Legal Review video, prepared by DOCJT’s Legal Training staff.
The video is designed for law enforcement personnel to identify changes in the Kentucky Revised Statutes as enacted by the Kentucky General Assembly. The video also identifies and applies recent court decisions that impact law enforcement from the U.S. Supreme Court, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Kentucky Supreme Court and the Kentucky Court of Appeals.
This video will be updated here semiannually.
